Blazers Claw Raptors In Overtime

(Toronto, Ontario) -- The Blazers got 25 points and 11 rebounds from LaMarcus Aldridge as they sank the Raptors 118-110 in overtime at the Air Canada Centre.  Nicolas Batum hit five three-pointers en route to 24 points for Portland, which has won six straight. Damian Lillard scored 25 points with eight assists in the win. The Blazers hit 15-of-32 three-point attempts. Rudy Gay led the Raptors with 30 points and 10 rebounds. His layup at the end of regulation forced overtime. DeMar DeRozan finished with 29 points in the loss for Toronto. The Blazers improved to 8-2 and the Raptors fell to 4-7.  

 

Grizzlies Handle Kings

(Sacramento, CA) -- Zach Randolph posted 22 points and ten rebounds to lead the Grizzlies in a 97-86 win over the Kings at Sleep Train Arena. Mike Conley and Marc Gasol each added 19 points and nine assists while Gasol hauled in eight boards for Memphis. The Grizz have won two straight to move to 5-and-5.  Travis Outlaw had 18 points to lead Sacramento, which saw none of its starters score in double-figures. Isaiah Thomas added 15 points for the Kings, who have lost two in-a-row to fall to 2-7.

 

Lakers Maul Pistons

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Jordan Hill's career night paced the Lakers past the Pistons, 114-99, at the STAPLES Center. Hill posted career highs in points and rebounds with 24 and 17. Steve Blake dished out 16 assists, while Nick Young and Jodie Meeks each added 19 points. Los Angeles is 5-7. Andre Drummond had a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds, while Brandon Jennings had a team-high 23 points despite shooting 8-of-22 in the loss. Detroit fell to 3-6.

 

Bulls Host Bobcats Tonight

(Chicago, IL) -- The Bulls play host to the Charlotte Bobcats tonight at United Center. Chicago has won four straight following wins over Toronto Friday and Indiana Saturday. The 'Cats come in at 5-and-5 on the year. Tip off is set for 7 p.m.
