Spurs Go Up 3-2 On Warriors

The San Antonio Spurs are now up 3-2 on the Golden State Warriors after grabbing a 109-91 win last night. Tonight, the Miami Heat try to knock out the Chicago Bulls while the Memphis Grizzlies look to bounce the Oklahoma Cith Thunder.

 

Pacers Maul Knicks In Game Four

(Indianapolis, IN) -- The Pacers continued their dominance on the boards as Indiana took a commanding 3-1 series lead with a 93-82 win over the Knicks in the Eastern Conference semifinals. Indiana outrebouned New York 54-to-36, including 16 on the offensive boards.  Pacers guard George Hill says playing great team defense will carry them a long way.

Hill paced the Pacers with 26 points, while Paul George filled up the box score with 18 points, 14 rebounds, seven assists, two steals and two blocks. The Knicks will try to avoid being eliminated at home in Game Five on Thursday. Carmelo Anthony posted 24 points and nine rebounds, but shot 9-of-23 from the field. J.R. Smith's struggles continued as he missed 15 of the 22 shots he attempted on his way to 19 points. New York shot 36-percent as a team.


Blazers' Lillard Headlines NBA All-Rookie Team

(New York, NY) -- Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard headlines this season's NBA All-Rookie Team.  The sixth-overall pick in last year's draft was the lone unanimous selection. The Wizards' Bradley Beal, Hornets' Anthony Davis, Cavaliers' Dion Waiters and Warriors' Harrison Barnes also made the first team.
