Bulls Shock Heat In Game One

(Miami, FL) -- A battered and banged up Bulls team shocked the Heat, 93-86, on the road in Game One of their Eastern Conference semifinals matchup behind 27 points and nine assists from Nate Robinson. Bulls forward Jimmy Butler says they know they can win as the underdog.

Chicago outscored Miami 35-24 in the fourth quarter to pull out the win. The Bulls were without guards Kirk Hinrich and Derrick Rose along with forward Luol Deng.  Butler scored 21 points and grabbed 14 rebounds while playing 48 minutes for the third straight game. The Heat shot just under 40-percent from the field including Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh combining to go 10-of-26. LeBron James tallied 24 points, eight boards and seven assists as Miami fell behind in the series, 1-0. When the two teams met in the conference finals in 2010-2011, Chicago also jumped out to a 1-0 lead, but went on to lose the next four games. Game Two is Wednesday at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Spurs Sink Warriors In Double Overtime

(San Antonio, TX) -- Manu Ginobili drained a three pointer in the closing moments of the second overtime to punctuate an incredible Spurs comeback in a 129-127 win over the Warriors.  Ginobili says the ball wasn't actually supposed to go his way.

The victory gave San Antonio a 1-0 lead in the Western Conference semifinals.  Golden State choked away a 104-88 lead with less than four minutes left in the fourth quarter when Danny Green knocked down a three to send the game to OT with 20 seconds left. Tony Parker posted 28 points, eight rebounds and eight assists, while Ginobili shot 5-of-20 from the field on his way to 16 points and 11 assists in the win. Steph Curry scored a game-high 44 points with 11 helpers for Golden State.  Jarrett Jack missed a desperation three pointer as time expired in the second OT that would have won the game.
