Jazz Plays First Home Game Since Westbrook Incident

The Utah Jazz played their first home game since the Russell Westbrook incident Thursday night and owner Gail Miller took time before the game to address the fans.

Miller condemned the fan that hurled the insults and said the NBA's code of conduct for fans would be "strictly enforced."
