Abdul-Jabbar Puts Rings, Memorabilia Up For Auction

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has put four of his NBA championship rings and other memorabilia up for auction. Kareem says he’s not hurting for money and plans to donate much of the proceeds to his Skyhook Foundation charity. Kareem says he’d rather the items be put to good use than sit around and collect dust.

Former NBA Player Suspended As Coach

Former NBA player Mike Bibby has been suspended as coach of Phoenix’s Shadow Mountain High School following allegations of sexual abuse involving a teacher at the school. Bibby had been coaching at the school on a volunteer basis.
