Westbrook Extends Triple-Double Streak

Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook extended his record consecutive game triple-double streak to 11 last night in his team’s 131-122 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans. Westbrook finished with 44 points, making it the 12th time Westbrook has scored at least 40 points in a triple-double, tying him for second with Houston's James Harden.


Pelican's Davis Suffers Shoulder Injury

The New Orleans Pelicans’ Anthony Davis left last night’s loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder at halftime with a shoulder injury. The Pelicans later said it was a muscle contusion and that Davis would travel to Charlotte for this weekend’s All-Star Game, but his participation was uncertain.


Knicks Down Hawks To Snap Losing Streak

The New York Knicks beat the Atlanta Hawks 106-91 last night to snap their 18-game losing streak. It was the Knicks’ longest single-season losing streak in franchise history and means the Phoenix Suns now own the worst record in the NBA.
