Police Apologize For Taser Incident Against Brown

The Milwaukee Police Department has apologized for an incident in which Bucks rookie Sterling Brown was Tasered by officers over a potential parking violation in January. Police say the officers acted inappropriately and have been disciplined. Meanwhile, Brown says he plans to sue the department.
