Dieterich Boys Bounce Flora, 74-57

DIETERICH -- Dieterich High School bounced Flora in a non-conference boys basketball game Thursday evening, 74-57.

The Movin' Maroons edged out to a 15-11 opening quarter lead as Ryan Radloff knocked in two three-pointers and Callaway Campton had five points. From there, the Maroons moved to 34-22 at halftime and 56-45 going into the final quarter.

Campton, a 6-foot-1 senior, finished with 29 points. He connected on eight field goals that included four three-pointers, and was nine of nine at the line. Campton scored seven in both the second and third quarters and 10 in the final period.

Also in double figures were Radloff, a 6-foot senior, with 23 points. He hit eight field goals that included a whopping five three-poitners and was two of two at the line. Tyler Higgs chipped in with 12 points, hitting five field goals and was two of two at the line.

Dieterich was a perfect 15 of 15 at the line as Clayton Mellendorf added two of two along with Radloff, Higgs and Campton's performances at the gratis stripe.
