NTC Tourament Seeds and Schedule

The seeds for the 83rd Annual National Trail Boys Basketball Conference Tournament have been announced and are as follows:

1) St. Anthony

2) Dieterich

3) St. Elmo/Brownstown

4) Altamont

5) Neoga

6) Windsor/Stew-Stras

7) South Central

8) North Clay

9) Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City

 

Play begins Monday, January 22 with a single game as North Clay will play Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City at 6:15 in game 1.

Tuesday's schedule has game 2, St. Anthony playing the winner of Game 1 at 6:15 followed by game 3, Altamont and Neoga.

Wednesday play begins at 6:15 with game 4, Dieterich vs South Central followed by St. Elmo/Brownstown and Windsor/Stew-Stras in game 5.

Thursday is a triple header beginning with game 6 featuring the loser of game 1 and the loser of game 4 at 5:00. The winner will move on in the consolation bracket while the loser is eliminated from the tournament. Game 7 is a match-up of the Loser of games 2 and 3 in another consolation game. The night will conclude with a semi-final match-up of the winners of games 2 and 3 playing in game 8.

Friday night's action starts off with game 9 at 6:15 in a consolation game with the winner of game 6 and the loser of game 5. Game 10 is another semi-final as the winners of game 4 and 5 will conclude the night.

Saturday brings the tournament to a close with four total games. Game 11 starts the day at 11:30 with a match-up of the losers of game 7 and 9. The consolation championship game follows as the winners of games 7 and 9 will square off. The afternoon session concludes with the third place game as the losers of games 8 and 10 play.

Saturday night's championship contest will tip off at 7:30 and will feature the winners of games 8 and 10 to determine the winner of the 83rd Annual National Trail Conference Tournament.
