EHS, St. A, T-town Still in Latest AP Rankings

Teutopolis and Effingham St. Anthony are still among the Top Ten in the latest Associated Press State Boys Basketball Poll.
The Wooden Shoes moved up from sixth place to fifth place in the Class 2A poll. The Shoes are 12-1 on the season and received one first-place vote and has 85 points.
St. Anthony dropped from fourth to fifth place in the poll. The Bulldogs received two first-place votes and have a 16-1 record and 102 points.
Effingham was in the Class 3A poll last week in others receiving 12 or more votes, but dropped out of the poll.
In the girls poll, Effingham moved from eighth place to seventh in the Class 3A state poll. The Hearts sport a 17-1 record and have 50 points.
T-town moved from fifth to third place in the Class 2A state poll. The Wooden Shoes have lost only two in 21 games this season and have 116 points.
