T-town Boys Ranked No. 1, Girls No. 3

Teutopolis High School claimed the No. 1 spot in the Class 2A boys state basketball rankings. The Wooden Shoes sport a 12-1 record and drew six first place votes.

Altamont claimed the No. 8 spot in the Class 1A poll. The Indians are 11-1 on the season. Okawville is ranked No. 1 with a 13-1 record, drawing 10 first place votes.

The Teutopolis girls squad (15-4) drew the No. 3 spot with one first place vote in Class 2A. Breese Central is ranked No. 1 with nine first place votes and a 13-2 record. Flora (15-2) is one spot below the Shoes.

Charleston is ranked eighth in the Class 3A poll with a 17-0 record. Salem received votes.

In Class 1A, Neoga is in the others receiving votes categaory.  Central A&M drew the top spot with 10 votes and a 14-0 record.
