(Orlando, FL) -- Pau Gasol's putback dunk with 9.4-seconds left lifted the Bulls to a 98-97 win over the Magic at the Amway Center. Gasol ended with 25 points and 15 rebounds, while Jimmy Butler dropped in a game-high 27 points for Chicago, which has won two in-a-row since a three-game skid. Butler also had six steals and five assists. Joakim Noah notched 18 points and nine boards in the victory. Victor Oladipo scored 18 points and Tobias Harris had 15 to go with eight rebounds for the Magic, who have lost 10 of their last 11. Nikola Vucevic added 14 points and seven boards but missed a potential game-winning shot at the end.


Clippers Trounced By Thunder

(Oklahoma City, OK) -- Kevin Durant dropped in 29 points as the Thunder trounced the Clippers 131-108 in Oklahoma City. Russel Westbrook added 19 points, 11 rebounds and five assists for the Thunder, who scored 101 points over the first three quarters. Mitch McGary finished with 19 points and 10 boards in the win. Jamal Crawford had 21 points for the Clippers, who have lost a season-high four straight games. Prior to the game, the Clippers announced that star Blake Griffin will undergo surgery Monday to remove a staph infection in his right elbow.


Cavaliers Demolish Lakers

(Cleveland, OH) -- The Cavaliers made easy work of the Lakers, notching a 120-105 win at Quicken Loans Arena. Kevin Love scored a season-high 32 points, including shooting 7-of-8 from three. Kyrie Irving added 28 for Cleveland, which is 13-and-1 in its past 14 games.  LeBron James flirted with a triple-double, posting 22 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists. Jordan Clarkson scored 20 to lead L.A. The Lakers have lost 13 of their past 14 games.


Grizzlies Get By Hawks

(Memphis, TN) -- With the chance to take down two Western Conference powers in consecutive games, the Hawks fell just short losing to the Grizzlies, 94-88, at the FedExForum. Atlanta came into the game coming off a 124-116 victory over the Warriors on Friday. Mike Conley paced Memphis with 21 points and six assists, while Marc Gasol added 16 and 10 rebounds. The Grizz held the Hawks to 41-percent shooting on the way to a 13-and-2 record in their last 15 games.  Paul Millsap and Al Horford uncharacteristically struggled, combining to miss 17-of-21 attempts. Jeff Teague had a team-high 22 points and six assists in the defeat.


Pacers Snip Hornets

(Charlotte, NC) -- George Hill's floater in the closing seconds of the fourth quarter lifted the Pacers to a 103-102 victory against the Hornets at Time Warner Cable Arena. Brian Roberts missed a desperation three-pointer at the buzzer that would have given Charlotte the win. C.J. Watson hit five from deep on his way to 22 points off the bench. Luis Scola, Rodney Stuckey and David West each compiled 15 points as Indiana won its third straight game. Al Jefferson went off for 30 points and 13 rebounds in the loss. Roberts added 19 and five assists for the Hornets, who have dropped two in-a-row.


Timberwolves Dump Pistons

(Auburn Hills, MI) -- The Timberwolves extended their season-long winning streak to three games by beating the Pistons, 112-101, at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Kevin Martin posted 24 points with nine rebounds, while Nikola Pekovic dropped a team-high 29 on 9-of-16 shooting. Minnesota shot 51-percent from the field, including a 6-of-7 performance from Thaddeus Young with 16 points. Andre Drummond tallied another double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds, but it wasn't enough.  D.J. Augustin chipped in 20 with eight assists for Detroit, which has lost two of three.


Blazers Take Care Of Rockets

(Houston, TX) -- The Trail Blazers were able to withstand a monster effort from James Harden defeating the Rockets, 109-98, at the Toyota Center. LaMarcus Aldridge tallied 24 points and Damian Lillard chipped in 23. The two combined to make 18-of-19 from the charity stripe. Portland is 3-1 since Robin Lopez returned to the lineup. Harden had a game-high 45 points and just missed triple-double with nine rebounds plus eight assists. Josh Smith chipped in 16 off the bench for the Rockets, who are 6-2 in their last eight.


Raptors Sneak Past Spurs

(Toronto, Ontario) -- Down by three with four seconds left, Tim Duncan threw away the inbounds pass clinching an, 87-82, victory for the Raptors over the Spurs at the Air Canada Centre. James Johnson connected on the go-ahead three with 49 seconds left helping Toronto win a second straight game. Johnson finished with a game-high 20 points, while Jonas Valanciunas scored eight and grabbed 16 rebounds. The Raptors held San Antonio to 33-percent shooting from the field, including a combined 15-for-57 effort from Duncan, Kawhi Leonard, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili. Duncan and Belinelli each posted 12 points for the Spurs, who are 2-2 in their last four.


Cousins, Kings Sink Suns At Buzzer

(Sacramento, CA) -- DeMarcus Cousins' jumper hit every part of the rim possible and dropped at the buzzer giving the Kings an 85-83 win against the Suns at Sleep Train Arena. It's the fourth game Phoenix has lost this season in a time-expiring situation. Cousins finished with 28 points and 12 rebounds.  Sacramento was without Darren Collison and Rudy Gay as they ended a three-game losing streak. Isaiah Thomas did all he could to beat his old team, posting 26 points including 12 in the fourth quarter. Eric Bledsoe missed the game due to the birth of his second child. Phoenix has lost four of five.
