Area basketball historian Kurt Becker paid a visit to The Morning Show Thursday morning to discuss the upcoming 80th Annual National Trail Conference Basketball Tournament opening Monday at Altamont Community High School.

Becker, who is a broadcaster for Motor Racing Network, the voice of Keeneland Race Track and an announcer at nationally-known Barrett-Jackson Car Auctions, still lives in his hometown of Altamont and has a passion for local sports, especially high school basketball. He helped organize the special activities for the 75th Annual NTC Tournament, so who better to ask about the history of the tourney as the 80th annual tourney approaches?
