Sandoval Downs South Central In Girls Basketball

SANDOVAL -- Sandoval High School played host to South Central in a non-conference girls basketball contest Wednesday evening and claimed a 59-29 victory.

The Blackhawks stepped out to a 20-6 opening quarter lead and never looked back. Three players hit double digits for the winners. Kylie Parson tallied 18 while Bethany Kunsick scored 13 and Christonia Saddler 12. Six players connected on three-pointers for Sandoval.

The Cougars were led by Abby Hahn with 16 points. South Central drops to 3-4 overall.
