(New York, NY) -- Carmelo Anthony missed a three-pointer as time expired and the Cavaliers held on for a 90-87 win against the Knicks at Madison Square Garden. Kyrie Irving went off for 37 points on 12-of-18 shooting, while LeBron James added 19 points and 12 assists. Kevin Love had a double-double with 11 points and 11 boards. Cleveland has won five in a row.

Anthony struggled from the field shooting 4-of-19 and tallying only nine points. Tim Hardaway Junior had a team-high 20 off the bench. Amar'e Stoudemire posted 18 points and nine rebounds for the Knicks, who are off to a franchise worse start of 4-and-16 through 20 games.


Blazers Hold Off Pacers

(Portland, OR) -- Damian Lillard led the charge with 23 points and eight rebounds as the Blazers beat the Pacers 88-82 at the Moda Center. LaMarcus Aldridge recorded a double-double with 18 points and 13 boards while Nicolas Batum had 13 points. Wesley Matthews chipped in 12 points for Portland, which has won three in-a-row and 12 of its last 13. Rodney Stuckey paced Indiana with 16 points and Solomon Hill tallied 15 points and eight rebounds in a losing effort. The Pacers have dropped four of their last five games.


Warriors Stomp Pelicans

(Oakland, CA) -- The Warriors spoiled a monster game from Anthony Davis, stomping the Pelicans 112-85 at ORACLE Arena. Steph Curry led the way with 19 points and 11 assists as Golden State outscored New Orleans by 19 in the second quarter. Klay Thompson tallied a team high 23 points with five three pointers for the Warriors, who improved to 16-and-2 with their 11th straight victory. Davis still had a tremendous game despite the loss posting 30 points, 15 rebounds, three assists, three blocks and two steals. The Pelicans' next highest scored was Jrue Holiday with 12. New Orleans has dropped four of five to fall to 8-9.


Bulls Face Warriors

(Chicago, IL) -- The Bulls battle the Warriors Saturday from the United Center. Chicago is 12-7 after Wednesday's win over the Hornets. Golden State defeated New Orleans 112-85 last night.
