Cardinals' Motte Ahead Of Rehab Schedule

(Jupiter, FL) -- Cardinal reliever Jason Motte continues his rehab from Tommy John surgery. He's ahead of schedule, the "St. Louis Post Dispatch" reports. Motte had the surgery last May and is now throwing at spring training. The Redbirds had their first full-team workout on Tuesday.

Cubs Continue Camp In Mesa

(Mesa, AZ) -- The Cubs continue spring training workouts today at their new facility in Mesa, Arizona. New manager Rick Renteria will address the entire team today for the first full-squad workout of camp.  The first spring game is a week from tomorrow against the Diamondbacks.

White Sox Work Out During Camp

(Glendale, AZ) -- The White Sox continue to workout in Glendale, Arizona today as spring training rolls on.  Manager Robin Ventura will welcome the entire team to camp tomorrow with the first full-squad workout scheduled for Friday. The first spring game is a week from Friday against the Dodgers.
