Altamont Lutheran 8, Dieterich 4

Each team scored twice in the first and once in the third, but ALIS scored two in the fourth and three in the sixth, while Dieterich added a run in the seventh. 

Kopplin got the win, Campton took the loss.

Hits for Dieterich: doubles for Campton and Bloemer...singles for Thoele, McClain, Flach, Schmidt, Esker, Schmidt and Radloff and two Campton

Hits for ALIS: three singles for Kopplin, singles for Jahraus, Teasley, Robbins and Guerretaz

Dieterich is now 3-4 on the season.

Stewardson-Strasburg/Windsor 12, Beecher City/Cowden-Herrick 1

A seven-run first inning got it started right for SSW.  They added two runs in the second, a run in the fifth and two runs in the sixth.  BCCH scored its lone run in the third inning.

Christian Kessler got the win with two innings of work, allowing one hit and walking two while striking out two batters.  Tolliver took the loss, allowing 12 runs on 14 hits in six innings of work, walking five and striking out three.

Stew-Stras/Windsor improved to 5-3 on the season.

(FROM THURSDAY) Altamont 11, Ramsey 2

Altamont took care of this one early, scoring twice in the first inning, six times in the second and three runs in the third.  Ramsey tallied runs in the first and third innings.

Alek Biggs got the win for Altamont with five innings of relief work, allowing three hits and two walks while striking out five.  Grant Schmidt started the game and went one inning, walking four but fanning three.  Kevin Miller pitched the final inning, allowing no runs on one walk and striking out one.
