Okaw Valley Wins over Stew-Stras/Windsor; Jasper County Wins Over Lawrenceville

Okaw Valley won over Stewardson-Strasburg/Windsor 6-3 on Saturday.

Okaw Valley broke a scoreless tie with a run in the fifth and then scored five runs in the sixth.  Stew-Stras/Windsor scored its three runs in the sixth, but Okaw Valley held on for the win.

Dalton Armes took the loss to drop to 1-1 on the season.

Stew-Stras/Windsor is now 3-3 on the fall.

Jasper County won over Lawrenceville 4-0 on Saturday.

Jasper County plated single runs in the first, third, fourth and seventh innings.

Wade Frohning tripled and singled and Kyle Kocher singled.  Nick Cohorst pitched a complete game for the win, allowing just three hits and walking no one while fanning 12 batters.
