Wrigley Field Getting Makeover

(Chicago, IL)  --  Wrigley Field has been around for a century, but it's getting a new look.  Chicago's City Council signed off on a 500-million dollar renovation of the Cubs' home park, including more luxury boxes, a massive jumbotron, new team clubhouses, and a hotel across the street.  The team will be paying for all the improvements itself, but needed zoning approval before it could proceed.  Neighbors living near the stadium may try to stop the changes, however, because the additions could block views of the park from their apartment rooftops.

Soriano Would OK Deal To Yankees

(Phoenix,  AZ) -- Chicago Cubs outfielder Alfonso Soriano is OK with heading back to the New York Yankees. Soriano started the first five seasons of his big league career with New York.
