The Minnesota Twins pulled off the first 8-5 triple play -- from the centerfielder to the third baseman -- in Major League Baseball history in their 6-3 win over the Chicago White Sox Monday.

Chicago runners were on first and second in the bottom of the seventh when A.J. Pollock hit a fly ball that centerfielder Byron Buxton caught at the wall. He threw to thirdbaseman Gio Urshela, who tagged Yoan Moncada as he returned to second and stepped on the bag to get Adam Engel.
