TEUTOPOLIS 7, SOUTH CENTRAL 4

It was a 2-2 game until the sixth inning, when the Wooden Shoes scored three times. They added two more runs in the seventh and then withstood a two-run Cougars rally in the bottom of the frame to claim the win.

Kayden Althoff got the win for the Shoes, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks while posting nine strikeouts. Seth Bushur gave up the two runs in the seventh before Derek Konkel posted a strikeout to shut down the rally.

A. Dodson gave up two unearned runs in two innings of work on a hit with a walk and a strikeout. C. Dodson went four innings, allowing three runs on two hits and seven walks while fanning four. Watwood pitched the final two innings, allowing two runs on two hits and two walks.
