White Sox Radio Broadcaster Dies

Ed Farmer, a veteran radio broadcaster for the Chicago White Sox and a retired Major League Baseball player, has died at the age of 70.

From 1971 until 1983, Farmer was a pitcher for teams including the Cleveland Indians, Detroit Tigers, Philadelphia Phillies, Baltimore Orioles, Milwaukee Brewers, Texas Rangers, Oakland Athletics and the White Sox.
