The Boston Red Sox beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 5-1 to win the 2018 World Series in five games.

Boston lost only three games in October and David Price, who had never won in 11 career playoff starts as of Game 2 of the ALCS, took his third straight postseason win last night.

Steve Pearce was named World Series MVP. It was the Dodgers second straight World Series loss and they’ve now gone 30 seasons without winning the fall classic.
