I-70 Baseball Coaches Clinic Scheduled

The 14th Annual I-70 Basketball Coaches Clinic has been scheduled for Sunday, January 15 and Monday, January 16 at the Greenville High School Auditorium.

Four top flight clinicians will be on hand, each speaking multiple sessions. Skip Bertman, former head coach of the LSU Tigers and five time CWS champion will speak on 40 years of coaching, 40 tips he learned through the years and building a champion. Also speaking will be Anthony Iapoce, Texas Rangers hitting coach, Butch Thompson, HC-Auburn University and Steve Bieser, HC-University of Missouri.

There will be a Sunday night coaches social at the Greenville Country Club.

Clinic registration fee is: Single coach, $50 pre-registered, $60 at door; Staff rate four-six coaches from same staff, $175 pre-registered, $220 at door; Per coach rate for seven or more from same staff, $35 pre-registered and at door; Players (ages 13-22), $30 pre-registered and at door. Clinic registration fee includes: both days clinic sessions, Sunday night coaches social, donuts and full catered lunch on Monday, over 100 door prizes (including $250 cash), 5.25 teacher prof development hours offered, free I-70 Clinic padfolio for first 150 coaches on Monday.
