Tomorrow's Stars Khoury League -- June 27

Scott Mosher Country Insurance edged Rotary Club 8-7 in Tomorrow's Stars Khoury League play Monday at Community Park.

Mosher held a 4-2 first inning lead but Rotary came back to take a 5-4 lead in the second. The two teams were tied at 6-6 in the third before Mosher tallied single runs in the fourth and fifth for the win.

Collin Westendorf hit a two-run homer to get Mosher off in the right direction in the first. Weldon Dunston added a single and double.

Collin Sweeney led Rotary with two singles and two RBI and Charlie Ring with a triple.

Russ Braunecker then handed Taylor Law Offices a 10-4 loss. Braunecker stepped out to a 4-1 first inning lead and never looked back.

Kaden Nichols had a single, two triples and two RBI for the winners while Jett Rose had two singles, a triple and four RBI.

Taylor Law was led by Teddy Dietzen with a single, triple and three RBI and Max Moore with a double and an RBI.
