The Shoes scored a run in the seventh to tie the game and scored another run in the eighth to win the contest. St. Anthony scored in the first on an RBI single by Greg Utz to bring home Austin Kline. A leadoff error in the second allowed Adam Levitt to reach and he was brought on a double by Joe Kabbes to make it 2-0.

Teutopolis scored three times in the third. Carson Hartke led off the inning with a single, Westendorf singled and Jacob Roepke reached on an error that allowed Hartke to score. John Kreke then doubled Westendorf and Roepke home.

St. Anthony came right back to tie the game in the bottom of the third on a one-out double by Kline and Utz's sacrifice fly to left. The Bulldogs then took a 4-3 lead in the sixth on one-out singles by Brandon Puckett and Joe Kabbes and a wild pitch that scored Puckett.
