Jasper Post #20 Suffers Loss at Junior Legion State Tournament

Jasper Post #20 suffered its first loss at the American Legion Junior State Baseball Tournament Friday in Quincy. The squad lost 8-0 at the hands of Breese.
Post #20 Coach John Grunloh said, "We lost to a good team."
The loss moves Post #20 into action at 9am Saturday against the other area team at the state tournament, Shelby County Posts #289/611/725. Shelby County went 1-1 their first day to advance to Saturday play.
The tournament will conclude on Sunday.
