11-12 Year-Old League Tournament -- July 14

Schumacher Orthodontics and NAPA were winners in 11-12 Year-Old League Tournament action at Community Park Tuesday evening.

Schumacher had a six-run second inning and claimed an 8-5 win over Kingery Printing in the opener.

Christian Raddatz pitched the two-hitter. Gabe Eaton picked up the save.

Raddatz also was on offensively with a single, double and an RBI. Brewer added a double.

Niebrugge led Kingery with a double and an RBI.

Schumacher advances to face Kemper CPA at 7:30 p.m. today.

In the second game, NAPA and Arrow Pest Control went two innings before NAPA tallied two runs to take the lead. NAPA then had two-run innings in the fourth and fifth to claim a 6-2 win over Arrow.

Jack Blickem picked up the pitching win and also had two doubles and two RBI.

Cunningham and Frauli led Arrow with a double each.

NAPA now advances to meet Dairy Queen at 5:30 p.m. today.
