Junior Babe Ruth League Results -- June 23

Tri-Power Towing and Sehy & Jones both picked up victories by scoring 14 runs each in Junior Babe Ruth League action at Paul Smith Field Tuesday evening.

Tri-Power Towing defeated K. Wohltman Construction 14-3. Tri-Power tallied seven runs in the second inning and never looked back.

Joseph Kabbes had two doubles and drove in two runs for the winners. Kiefer Bothe pitched a four-hitter.

In the second game, Sehy & Jones downed Washington Savings Bank 14-9. Washington Savings Bank led 3-2 in the top of the second but Sehy & Jones had a six-run bottom of the inning. Washington Savings pulled within 10-9 in the the top of the fifth but Sehy & Jones answered back with four runs in the bottom of the frame.

Michael Lovett had a double and two RBI for the winners while Ben Mendella had two singles.

Quincy Aldrich led Washington Savings with a single, double and two RBI.
