(Kansas City, MO) -- The Orioles and Royals will try again tonight to play Game Three of the American League Championship Series after it was rained out last night at Kauffman Stadium. Former Oriole Jeremy Guthrie is slated to start for Kansas City, while Baltimore will send Wei-Yin Chen to the mound.

First pitch is slated for 7:07 p.m. Central. The Royals lead the best-of-seven series two-games-to-none after winning the first two games in Baltimore. Game Four will now be played at 3:07 p.m. Central on Wednesday in KC, with Game Five, if necessary, at 4:07 p.m. on Thursday. The series would shift back to Baltimore for Game Six and Game Seven, if necessary, on Friday and Saturday.

NLCS Shifts To San Francisco For Game Three

(San Francisco, CA) -- All even at one, the National League Championship Series now shifts to San Francisco. The Giants host the St. Louis Cardinals in Game Three at AT&T Park, with first pitch at 4:07 p.m. Eastern. John Lackey is scheduled to start for St. Louis, while San Francisco sends Tim Hudson to the mound.  The best-of-seven series is knotted at a game apiece after the Cardinals won Game Two 5-4 on Kolten Wong's leadoff homer in the bottom of the ninth inning Sunday in St. Louis. The Giants won the series opener 3-0 behind Madison Bumgarner. The Cards won two-of-three in San Francisco earlier this season.

The Cardinals are keeping catcher Yadier Molina on the active roster despite an oblique injury. He left Game Two against the Giants in obvious pain after grounding into a double play. Molina threw Monday but did not swing a bat. The Cards' other catchers are Tony Cruz and A.J. Pierzynski.
