Windsor/Stew-Stras Wins Over Neoga

Windsor/Stew-Stras posted a 13-2 win over Neoga in six innings Friday at Neoga.

Windsor/Stew-Stras combined for six runs in the third inning and four more in the fourth to post the win, racking up 12 hits in the process.

Mark Jones got the win, allowing just one hit and striking out three in three innings of work. Josh Overbeck pitched the final two innings, allowing two runs on five hits and two walks. Guy Walk took the loss for Neoga, allowing seven runs, just two earned, on six hits while walking two and fanning four in three innings of work. Jordan Hoedebecke pitched the final two innings, allowing six runs, four earned, on six hits.

Devon Deremiah had three hits and scored four times to pace Windsor/Stew-Stras. Nic Hutchinson had two hits and drove in a run, Jacob Kramer had a hit and drove in three runs, Dalton Armes had two hits and drove in two, Derek Moshenrose had a hit and drove in three runs, Isaac Kramer had two hits and drove in a run, and Josh Overbeck had a hit and drove in a run.

Neoga got hits from Jordan Hoedebecke, Zach Monroe, Matt Kingery, Trevor Moore, Guy Walk, and Sage Thode, and Walk and Thode each drove in a run.
