Deloris J. Hackman, 80, of Trilla, Illinois passed away 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 4, 2013, in the Carle Foundation Hospital of Urbana, Illinois, surrounded by her family.

Deloris was born August 26, 1933, in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, the daughter of Troy and Naomi  (Wheatherford) Anderson.  She married Paul H. Hackman on May 22, 1976 in Lerna, Illinois. Mrs. Hackman was a housewife and a homemaker, a Cancer Survivor, a member of the Good Prospect, Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Trilla, Illinois.  She was a retired Seamstress, retiring from the Kern Manufacturing Company of Neoga.

Mrs. Hackman leaves her husband, Paul H. Hackman of Trilla, IL; seven children, Amy Kinnaman of Trilla, IL, Dick McKay and wife Debbie of Charleston, IL, Jim McKay of Houston, TX, Pat Sweet of Fairfield, IA, Brad Hackman and wife of Susan of Raleigh, NC, Doug Hackman of Mattoon, IL and Cheryl Crowdson and husband Greg of Sullivan, IL; one sister, Carolyn Schumann and husband Hugo of St. Charles, MO; seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Mrs. Hackman was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, George and William Anderson.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 7, 2013, in the Beals Cemetery of Trilla, IL, with the Rev. Jim Maroon of Neoga, IL officiating. Burial will be in the Beals Cemetery of Trilla, IL. The Swengel-O’Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, IL is in charge of arrangements.
