Jason (Jake) Baughman, 48 of Dieterich, passed away on December 30, 2021 at his home.
Cremation rights will be accorded.
Jake was born November 15, 1973, the son of Robert (Bob) and Colleen Baughman. Jake is survived by his son, Alex Baughman of Effingham, brothers Todd (Susan) Baughman of Mattoon, Illinois and Matt (Stephanie) Baughman of Lake Zurich, Illinois, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jake was proceeded in death by his parents, Bob and Colleen Baughman, brother Brian Baughman and his grandparents.
A private service will be held at a later date.
