Mildred A. Frailey (75) of Neoga

Mildred A. Frailey, 75, of Neoga, Illinois, passed away at 4::00 PM Friday, April 2, 2021 in her residence.

She was born July 31, 1945 in Dillon, South Carolina the daughter of Thad L. and Annie (Hays) Bailey. She married Paul D. Frailey November 5, 1960 in Dillon, South Carolina. Mildred was a Homemaker and also a Seamstress at Kerns Manufacturing in Neoga, Illinois, she was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in South Carolina and the Order Of The Eastern Star in Neoga, Illinois.

Mrs. Frailey leaves her husband, Paul Frailey of Neoga, Illinois; children, Michael "Duane" Frailey (Tina) of Neoga, Illinois, Paula A. Frailey of Shumway, Illinois, Ellis L. Frailey (Lori) of Neoga, Illinois, Patty Lawrence (Joe) of Paw Paw, Michigan and Bobbie Jean Donaldson (Lynn) of Marion, Illinois; eleven grandchildren; brother, Jim Bailey of Shelby, North Carolina: sisters, Mary Jane Bailey of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Bobbie Jo Taylor (Joe) of Denton, North Carolina.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Paul T. Frailey and brother, Johnny Bailey.

A Celebration of Mildred’s Life will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday April 7, 2021 in the Swengel - O’Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, Illinois with Pastor James Maroon of Neoga, Illinois officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday April 6, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Elliott Cemetery in rural Toledo, Illinois.
