Sherri was born on September 23, 1962, in Effingham, IL, the daughter of Carl and Catherine Kincaid. Sherri and Steve “Chuck” were married on October 10, 1981. It took ten years but they got their miracle baby on March 22, 1992. Sherri loved all of the nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She loved to sew burp rags and blankets for all of the little ones. She adored her grandson Noah and was eagerly looking forward to the next one in a few weeks. She was a woman of great faith. She worked as a financial secretary for St. Anthony Parish for 29 years. She considered them more like family than a job, especially enjoying the older parishioners. For the past 6 years she worked as a secretary at Pinnacle Livestock and Nutrition. She was always the kind of person who thought of others before her own needs. She loved to read, cook, and crochet when she had the time. But above everything she loved spending time with family, especially with holding the little ones.

Sherri is survived by her husband, Steve “Chuck”; son, Sean (Katalyn); grandson, Noah; mother, Catherine Heiden; sister, Debra (Pete) Spence; parents-in-law, Ralph and Ruth Bourgeois; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jeanne (Dennis) Pike, Debbie (Kenny) Pike, Ken (Kathy) Bourgeois, and Sharon (Tom, deceased) Doehring.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Carl Kincaid; and grandparents, Ivan and Neva Kincaid and Glen and Minnie Kessler.
