Darlene Jamison, 85, of Kinmundy, Illinois passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 3:21 p.m. at Doctors Nursing & Rehab Center in Salem.

Funeral services have been scheduled Tuesday, April 2 at 10:30 a.m. at Neal Funeral Home, Kinmundy. Visitation will be Monday, April 1 from 6-8 p.m. at Neal Funeral Home. Burial will be in Elder Cemetery, rural Kinmundy. Memorials may be made to Meacham Baptist Church or Kinmundy EMT's. Online condolences may be left at www.jwnealfuneralhome.net.

Darlene was born February 23, 1928 in Marion County, the daughter of Eura and Nellie (Crutchfield) Krutsinger. She married Virgil Jamison June 1, 1946. She was an egg processor for Browns Produce in Farina. She was a member of Meacham Baptist Church, loved to take care of elderly around town and loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by sons, Rick Jamison of Kinmundy, Gale (wife Laura) Jamison of Champaign; brother, Kenny Krutsinger of Kinmundy; sister, Mildred Lane of Kinmundy; brother-in-law, Paul Wimberly of Salem; two grandchildren, Airman First Class Shae Jamison of Cheyenne, Wy. and Michelle Jamison of Kinmundy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Virgil; son, Ronnie Jamison; daughter-in-law, Pat Jamison; brother, Harlas Krutsinger; sisters, Hildred Wimberly and infant twin sisters.
