They spent several winters in Florida at Lake Okeechobee.  After Ivan’s passing in 1994 Marjorie continued to live an active life, traveling with the First Neighbor Bank, gardening and mowing the large yard.  At age 88 she moved to The Glenwood in Effingham. She made many friends among the residents and staff and loved listening to all the musical groups that came to the Glenwood. She watched the Cubs and cheered when they won the World series. Her favorite pastime was enjoying the Big Band Music of the 1940’s.
