She loved the color red, which was seen with her love of cardinal birds. She enjoyed watching sports, especially St. Louis Cardinals baseball. She truly enjoyed attending Flora Wolves and Wolfgals basketball games throughout the years. Jacquie (AKA: Queen of QVC) could often be heard talking to the sales representatives on QVC, as she was known to order occasionally. Jacquie was an active member of the First Christian Church of Flora and a proud supporter of the Clay County Cancer Support Group as well as the Clay County Cancer Crusaders. She was honored with Citizen of the Year in 2007. Jacquie loved her family, friends, and community. She will be missed by many.

Besides her parents and husband, Jacquie was preceded in death by a sister; LeeAnn Eastin, a stepson; JW Slover, a stepdaughter-in-law Joy Slover and by a great granddaughter, Megan Slover.
