Beverly "Dianne" O'Dell (72) of Tower Hill

Beverly “Dianne” O’Dell, 72, of Tower Hill, IL went to be with her Lord and Savior at 8:23 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Dianne was born on November 29, 1946, in Gays, IL, the daughter of Edna and George Bowling. In September of 1968 she met her loving and caring husband, Frederick M. O’Dell. They were soon to marry on March 6, 1969.

Dianne was a loving, caring mother of five beautiful children. She loved to crochet blankets and give them to people who held a special place in her heart. Dianne also loved to color, embroidery and spend time with family.

Surviving are her five children: Alan Roberts of Provo, UT, Monty (lady friend, Cathy) Roberts of Lovington, IL, Tim (Lora) O’Dell of Shumway, IL, Troy (Crystal Bueker) O’Dell of Toledo, IL and Teresa (JC) Allsop of Tower Hill, IL; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16 at Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home in Windsor with Reverend Paul Dickerson officiating. Burial will take place in Windsor Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
