He used these gifts volunteering with 4-H. Tim would not only judge 4-H but he would teach the 4-H children about how to care for and show their animals. Tim is survived by his mother, Norma Althoff of rural Effingham; sisters, Tina (Randy) Clark of rural Effingham and Lee (Robert) Greuel of Sigel; son, Michael (Kayla) Fletcher of Neoga; nieces and nephews, Amber (Russ) Waldhoff, Cody (Molly) Clark, Lauren Greuel, and Josh Greuel; great nieces, Jayla, Zuri, and Bryn Waldhoff, and Harper Clark; and a great nephew on the way, Max Clark.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold; and his infant brother, Randy.
