M. Todd Walters, 47, of Ballwin, Missouri, passed away Thursday evening, September 27, 2018, at his residence.

Todd was born June 10, 1971 in Mattoon, Illinois, the son of Mike Walters and Doris (Burton) Shookman. He was employed at the Uni-Group, IT Technologies of Fenton, MO. Todd enjoyed his family and visiting with his friends, woodworking, music concerts and festivals, and playing the guitar.

He leaves his father, Mike Walters of Highland, IL; mother, Doris Shookman of Decatur, IL; two children, Brittany (Joey) Meyers of Watson, IL and Omni Berg of Idaho; Fiancee, Kim Northam of Ballwin, MO; step-daughter, Halie Klase of Ballwin, MO; half-brother, Eric Walters (Wednesday) of Texas; three sisters, Rachel Allan (Dan) of Avon Lake, OH, Becky VanZant (Mitchell) of Forsyth, IL and Denise Shookman of St. Louis, MO.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 4 in the Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga with Pastor Charles Bartlett officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday. Burial will be at a later date.
