Betty Jean Quinn, 97, of Greenup, IL passed away at 10:58 pm on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Cumberland Rehab & Health Care Center in Greenup, IL.
Private family funeral services will be held at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL. Burial will be in the Greenup Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Cumberland Rehab & Health Care Center.

Betty was born November 10, 1920 in Greenup, IL to Roy B. & Gladys (Hickle) Stewart She married Kenneth Quinn on June 28, 1939 and he preceded her in death in 2005.
She is survived by brother Donald Stewart, son Mark Quinn, daughter Sondra Kay Quinn; grandchildren Shana Whitener, Dave Glenn and Matthew Quinn, seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Ruby Wylde and brother Bill Stewart.
Betty was a homemaker and active in the family broom business, member of the Order of Eastern Star for 71 years. She loved gardening, thoroughbred horse racing, bowling, and watching Tennis matches.
The family greatly appreciate all the kind thoughts, words and gestures from everyone. A special thanks to those at the Cumberland Rehab & Health Care Center, and the staff at the Barkley Funeral Chapel. At this time we feel in comfort, Betty is at Kenneth’s side.
