Paula D. Miller, 60, of Teutopolis, IL, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Effingham Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7 at Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Community Support Systems Smith House.

Paula was born on June 21, 1957, in Effingham, IL, the daughter of Paul and Aileene (Ramsey) Miller. Paula was a very loving and caring person. She brought joy to all who knew her. She enjoyed bowling, shopping and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Paula had a lifelong dream to become a nurse and loved to do charting. She loved her group home the Smith House and was never without a 32oz Diet Pepsi.
Paula is survived by her brothers, David Landreth of Flora and Carl Landreth of Covington, GA; sister, Martha Miller of Effingham; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Helen Eskew, Beulah Yocum, and Aileene “Toots” Boyd.
