Richard L. Creek, 73, of Toledo, IL passed away at 11:55 PM Friday, November 10, 2017 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.
Memorial services will be at 5:00 pm Tuesday, November 14, at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo, IL. Memorial visitation will be from 4:00 to service time at the funeral chapel. Please dress casual for services. Memorials in his name can be made to the Therapy Dept. at Heritage Health Care 1225 Woodland Dr. Mt. Zion, IL 62549 or to any Humane Society.

Richard was born on April 21, 1944 in Bethany, IL to Earnest & Nellie (Houser) Creek. He married Rhonda Coy on May 29th 1993.
Surviving is his loving wife; Children Kelly (Gary) Davis, Samantha (Lyle) Isaacs, Erica (John) Czekanski, Travis Hess and Ryan Hess; Brother Eugene Creek and honorary brother Dennis “Duke” Wheat; Sister Rose Marie Probst; Grandchildren Nikki, Dirk, Tabitha, Hailee, Tyler, Dylan, Ashton and Layne.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents.
Richard had been Owner and Operator of C & C Motors, C & C Trucking and C & C Wood Products. He also had worked at Caterpillar in Decatur. He was member of Local 751 UAW. He loved his grandchildren and Horseback riding.
