Robert A. "Bob" Grunloh, 75, of Montrose, formerly of Teutopolis, died Tuesday evening, January 25, 2017 at his home.

Visitation will be held from 5pm to 7pm Friday, February 3 at Bauer Funeral Home in Teutopolis, with a 7pm parish prayer service. A private family internment will be held at St. Francis Cemetery in Teutopolis on Saturday, February 4. Memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice.

Bob was born January 19, 1942 in Effingham, the son of Lawrence and Helena (Fuesting) Grunloh. He was self-employed most of his life as a welder and owner of Grunloh Silo and Welding Company in Teutopolis. After his retirement, he enjoyed truck driving.

Bob is survived by his four daughters, Donna (Kevin) Spurlock of Springfield, Karen (Steve) Dasenbrock of Effingham, Joyce (Steve) Compton of Robstown, TX and Janet (Ryan) Jones of Effingham; twelve grandchildren, Jenna, Carly and Jacob Spurlock, Christian, Eli and Allie Dasenbrock, Macy, Callie and Jace Compton, Levi, Larisa and Rusty Jones; special friend of 25 years, Essie Kintner; siblings, Ruth Harpe of Effingham, Martha Watts of Ft. Meyers, FL, Philip Grunloh of Teutopolis and Tom Grunloh of Enfield; his former wife, Pauline Zumbahlen of Teutopolis.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Marcella “Sally” Carver and Charley Grunloh.
