Anna Mae Perry, of Dieterich, Illinois, passed away at 1:45 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016, at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Heath Care Center in Effingham, Illinois.

Private family services will be held with burial in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Dieterich. Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children.  Arrangements are incomplete at the Meyer Funeral Home in Dieterich, Illinois.

Anna Mae was born December 21, 1921, the daughter of Chris and Julia (Brown) Spears.  She married Charles Perry October 27, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois, and he preceded her in death on August 19, 1987. Anna Mae retired from Amphenol Borge in West Chester, Illinois and was a crane operator during WWII. Anna Mae was a member of St. Isidore Parish – St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Bishop Creek, Illinois.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and raising flowers.

Anna Mae is survived by children, Chuck (wife Mindy) Perry of Effingham and Sharon Perry of Lombard; grandchildren, Scott Perry of Rantoul, Matthew (wife Robin) Perry of Altamont, Diane (husband William) Bennett of Effingham,Kevin Perry of Champaign, Dan Roberts of Chesterfield, Ohio, Adam McWilliams of Effingham and Clint (wife Debra) McWilliams of Grand Prairie, Texas; great-grandchildren, Logan, Shawn, and Carter Bennett, Kayla McLaughlin, Connor Roberts, Chase McWilliams and Levi McWilliams; great-great-grandchild, Jenavive Mitchell

Anna Mae was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Connie Roberts; son Wayne Perry, daughter-in-law Mary Perry, grandson, Wayne Charles Roberts, and brothers, Clarence, Chris and Charles Spears.
