Henry David Rockwood, Jr., age 30, of Louisville, IL, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016.

Arrangements are being entrusted to J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Thursday, December 22 at Ingraham Christian Church in Ingraham. A celebration of life will be held graveside at Headyville Cemetery at 12:30 PM Thursday. Interment will follow along with military rites and the ringing of the bells by the fire department. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for his daughters' education.

Henry was born Friday, April 4, 1986 in Flora, IL, the son of the late Henry Rockwood and Connie Taylor Rockwood of Windsor, IL. On August 21, 2005 he married Lawanna Haile at the Clay County Courthouse. He was employed by Burger King as a shift manager and was a veteran of the United States Army. Henry was a volunteer first responder and fire fighter for the Ingraham Fire Department; a member of Ingraham Christian Church, Bible Grove Sportsman Club and Olney VFW; trustee of the Ingraham Community Association and treasurer of the Oath Keepers Club at OCC. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, camping and he loved the outdoors and spending time with his girls.

Henry is survived by wife Lawanna of Louisville; daughters, Autumn Lynn,  Winter Solva and Summer Dale Rockwood all of Louisville; brothers, David Rockwood of Bland, MO, Albert Rockwood of Mattoon, IL and Bobby Taylor of Clay County, IL; sisters, Ginny Slifer of Mattoon, IL, Marilda (Ross) Eadie of Mattoon, IL and Roxanna Rockwood of River Falls, WI; he is also survived by his best friend Jake Kuhl.

He is preceded in death by his father, grandparents Marilda Alta and Ralph Rockwood, brother-in-law David Slifer and newphew David Rockwood Jr.
