Devin M. Mills, 31, of Louisville died at 8:28am Sunday, November 20, 2016 at his home.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, November 26 at Red Brush Christian Church, Louisville. Interment will be in Red Brush Cemetery, Louisville. Visitation will be from 5 to 8pm Friday at the church. J.W. Neal Funeral Home in Louisville is assisting. Memorials to the Hope and Garrik Mills Memorial in Devin's memory.

He was born Saturday, May 4, 1985 in Effingham, IL, the son of the late Daniel Mills and Debi (Russ) Blackwell Young. He was self employed as a contractor and loved his children, music, baseball and softball.
Devin is survived by his son, Garrik Mills of Olney, IL; daughter, Hope Mills of Olney, IL; mother Debi and step father Russ Young of Dallas, TX; brother, Jerrin Mills of Azle, TX; sisters, Brandi (Brian) Sharp of Hazel Dell, IL and Alexas Mills of Hico, TX; step mother Rhonda Mills of Louisville; step sisters Jessica Webster of Pana, IL and Rebecca (Ben) Young of Cisne, IL; grandparents Lillian Mills of Louisville and Harry and Vera (papa and mama) Blackwell of Iola, IL; plus many aunts, uncles, family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Danny, grandpa Bobbie Mills and uncle Tracy Mills.
