Dwight Carl Wolff, 58, of St. Louis, Missouri, died at 9:24 a.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 Saturday, November 26 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, rural Altamont with Rev. Fritz Raedeke and Rev. Clayton Vail officiating. Visitation will be Friday, November 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Gieseking Funeral Home, Altamont, IL and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Altamont. Memorials may be made to St. Louis Zion Lutheran Church or Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Altamont.

Dwight was born on Monday, January 6, 1958 in Vandalia, IL to Paul C. and Lorraine L. (Kirchhoff) Wolff. He enjoyed his job as a Senior Maintenance/Electrician at Winco in St. Louis and faithfully served on the board of the Zion Lutheran Church in St. Louis as the Chairman of the Properties Committee. Dwight loved his children. He cherished his grandson, as well as his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

He is survived by: daughter Jessica (Wolff) DeGennaro of Venice, FL; son Eric Wolff of Sugar Grove, IL; grandson Brody DeGennaro of Venice, FL; brother Darrel Wolff and his wife Beverly of Columbia, IL and sisters, Roberta Phillips and her husband Kent of Altamont, and Christine Winters and her husband Doug of Altamont.

Dwight was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Eugene Wolff.
