Kimberly A. Jackson, 48, of Effingham died at 6pm Monday, May 16, 2016 in her home surrounded by those who loved her.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00pm Wednesday, June 1 at New Hope Church in Effingham. A celebration of Kim's life will follow the memorial service until 7:00pm at the church. Memorials may be made to any organization that benefits children or animals.
